Ariana Letter Curriculum: Week 32

This will be the last post on this curriculum. I don't want to stress Ariana out to much before her first official school year. Kindergarten will be here before she knows it. We started the letter Y on Tuesday, which was the only day we did anything on the letter Y.

I am so glad that this curriculum is over and done with. I will be choosing something different with Adalyn. I loved doing this curriculum with Samantha, but nope, I am over it.

Library Medals

Another summer reading done for our public library. It was Samantha and Ariana's third year of doing summer reading and Adalyn completed her first summer reading and got a medal. They were so happy and proud of their selves.

I love the look on her face.

loose tooth and reading medal.

This is the first completed summer reading for this summer. They have two more summer reading programs, one is barnes & noble and the other is books-a-million.

Cayces' Artwork

Before Cayce had his accident last year, about a week before, he made this beautiful flower clock on a canvas. I loved that he was finally getting back into his artwork, but then all that went down the drain. He gave it to our pastor and he has proudly displayed it in his home.

It is gorgeous! I wanted him to do a skull and roses clock, but that is on hold till I don't know when.

Lowe's Workshop: Black Widow

I am happy that they are finally recognizing Black Widow. When I hear anything about the Avengers, you don't hear that much about Black Widow. The girls liked her the most. Cayce couldn't take any pictures during the workshop so we have some after pics.

The next workshop I think is Hawkeye. I have no idea who that is or what his skill is. I have never heard of him, just that he has a bow and arrow weapon and I only think of Katniss with a bow... :).

Ariana Letter Curriculum: Week 31

We didn't do school this week but we reviewed and did worksheets today because Ariana wanted too. So we reviewed letters V, W, and X, and we also did some connect the dot pages.

She enjoyed doing something different for the week, which was play games with Sammy and Cayce and read for her summer reading, but then she wanted to do something normal and these worksheets were it for her.
