Happy 8 Years

Some days it seems like 2007 was just yesterday and doesn't seem long ago, and then other days it seems like it has been forever. Today is mine and Cayce's 8 year anniversary. 8 years ago, I didn't know that I would be getting together with my soul mate at 16 years old. Cayce was already 17, and I would be turning 17 four months later.

I am so happy with him despite all the shit we have been put through and put each other through. I wouldn't trade this for anything else and I know that this was meant for me. He is the best fiance and father. I am still asking when we are going to get married, but I know that it will eventually happen. We might be one of those couples that stay engaged until the kids are in their 20's, and then FINALLY get married. That might happen....lol.

Cayce, you are my son of a biscuit eating bulldog. My sugar cookie. My angle( I know I spelled angel wrong, but it is a long running joke between us....lol) My homie cheese slice. I love you through thick and thin.

Happy 7 Years Cayce!!!

Today was a great day overall. The only thing that made it unbearable was the weather. It has been raining here for the last 3-4 days and I am getting some serious cabin fever. I need to get out of this house.

The morning started off with getting to sleep a little later than usual, and Cayce got the kids situated so I didn't have to, which was nice. He then ordered us some lunch from IHOP. I, of course got my usual philly cheese steak and fries. YUMM!!!

He also wanted to go by wal-mart and get my gift. He took Sammy with him and she helped pick out my flowers.

I also got a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. I am a sucked for those. They are my weakness. He got me 2 cards and my favorite one was of Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head. That picture is on my Instagram.

We ended up being stuck at home for the rest of the day because of the rain. So every anniversary, we have spent at home. Not ideal, but it happens. I would love to take a trip or just get out to somewhere special, but it never happens. For dinner, we made a bangin chicken and dumplings and I would make it again in a heartbeat. If my kids can inhale it and ask for more, I know it was definitely delicious.

Later that night when the kids were in bed, Cayce went by the gas station and picked us up some Nesquick limited edition girl scout cookie milks. My favorite is of course the caramel coconut.

2 YEARS OF BLOGGING

Happy 2 year anniversary to ME!!! I can't believe that I have stuck through with this for 2 years. There have been times where I haven't been able to blog, just have enough time to draft a post with a title and the date, so I could come back letter to finish.

I know that it will probably be even more time cut away from this blog when we finally start school. I am going to try to blog before going to bed some nights. I will post about how our school will be going, and all the others excitement that will happen.

The next anniversary coming up is mine and Cayce's 7 year in September. It has been a long time with this fool, and all the hell we go through, but I wouldn't have it any other way honestly. I have stopped Samantha's kindergarten prep work because it was honestly SOOOOOOO boring. I will definitely have to find or come up with something else for Ariana and Adalyn.

Now back to the busy life. Bye Bye blog world.... for now.

6 Year Anniversary

On Saturday, Cayce and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary. The week we went to Aiken, he got me my anniversary gifts. He got me the free lotion I wanted from Bath & Body Works. He also went to Belk and got me a beautiful bracelet.

I wanted to take a trip to the beach this year, but our anniversary trip was to Aiken.
I spent most of last week getting everything done around the house and personal done and out of the way before Saturday.

Saturday morning, Cayce took Samantha and Ariana to their Lowe's workshop and to the library. I stayed home with Adalyn and got stuff ready for the day. When they got back home, Cayce took Adalyn with him to the grocery store and I got my work done.

Our plans didn't go exactly as planned but it was still a good day.

These pictures were of all of us sitting in the living room after our little snack dinner, and watching a movie that the girls got from the library.

1 YEAR OF BLOGGING

It's hard to believe that I have blogged for 1 year. I didn't think I would keep up, but the decisions I have made so far has helped me keep up. I have a lists of things I want to do with this blog for the rest of the year. I am working on a blog planner and I'm taking blogging classes to get my blog out there and have millions of readers and maybe I can make this my income.

It will still be my personal blog and homeschool blog. I am going to post a list of things I want to get done with my blog at a later date.

I know that my 2nd year of blogging will be a GREAT one!!!

Update

These last 3 days have been the best. I spent much needed time with Cayce all day yesterday for our anniversary. We didn't do anything special, we just spent time with each other and with the kids. He has gotten alot of yard work done. Tomorrow is his last day of vacation before he heads back to work on Monday.

We have been playing alot of video games together and talking about birthdays, holidays and the old days when we first started dating. Lord knows I'm not ready for him to go back to work, but he has to make money. We've already planned next years vacation for next Thanksgiving so he can get paid vacation and holiday time.

Adalyn is learning how to sit up, and she is laughin all the time and gettin the hang of holding her bottle on her own. Ariana is talking alot better and Samantha is still having problems going number 2 on the potty.

My first week of my 12 week fitness challenge didn't start off that great. I didn't fill out my food journal everyday like I was supposed to. I just didn't like the format of it, so I'm going to try a different one tomorrow. I'm going to start walking tomorrow morning before it gets hot. I'm planning on walking 1 hour around my house.

I want to go to the Goodwill tomorrow also to check out the 50 cent day. I want to get some clothes for Cayce and I, but we don't have the gas to get to the really GOOD Goodwill, so I guess that we will have to wait till next Sunday.

I've been doing great on Swagbucks. I got enough swagbucks today to get pampers wipes. I'm hoping that they will ship soon and not have to worry about if we need to get wipes this weekend with Cayce's paycheck.

Today was the start of the 101 days till christmas countdown. I'm going to try it and see if I can keep up with it and also get ready for my fall cleaning to start next Saturday.

Well, I'm working on Swagbucks right now and I have to reach my personal goal tonight, so I will talk to yall later.
Good Night and God Bless.
