Kindergarten: Week 30

30 weeks of homeschooling done... this school year is quickly coming to a close. I feel as if we have so much more to do and I am starting to freak out. I know that she is doing fine but I feel as though we could be doing more and learning more.

Monday: We mainly did computer work today with the Easy Peasy Homeschool Curriculum. I love that website so much because of the games and videos and it has everything there. It's easy to supplement with workbooks and our own reading material.

she had to take a picture with her flamingo Shrimpy. Growing up my mom always told me and my brother that flamingos were pink because they ate a lot of shrimp. So I named the flamingo Shrimpy.

she is getting so much better.

watching videos on the laptop in the kitchen.

Tuesday: We started the day off watching Wall-E. I love that movie. I didn't take many pictures today because we were too focused on what we were doing.

Wednesday: I took a lot of pictures today. We also got some workbook pages done, along with working more on her spelling words. I have made the decision that along with summer reading, she will also still be working on her words.

catching up on her workbook pages.

mad that I interrupted her for a picture.

Thursday: We did computer work again today, and the fun part of the day was finger painting her words.
I absolutely laughed my butt off at this video. Larry King is always hilarious.

Friday: We started the day off watching Dora the Explorer and Samantha and Ariana was repeating the Spanish words all day long. I am surprised to say that I didn't take any pictures today. Shocking I know. They watched Dora for a good two hours and then we did puzzles and quiet time.

Getting closer to our end date: May 8th.
