Ingredients:
1/2 8oz can crushed pineapple in juice
4 1/2 tsp honey
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Whisk pineapple with juice and honey in a bowl until combined.
2. Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper, and place in plastic bag covered with 2/3 of pineapple mixture.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Place chicken on baking pan lined with aluminum foil and broil on middle rack for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. For dipping sauce: put remaining sauce in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until thickened.
