This week was the letter O. I really enjoyed this week, because I included opera music from my favorite movie. On Monday, we didn't have internet, so we just did workbook and read.
We got to listen to the weekly songs off the movie, The Phantom of the Opera on Monday. On Tuesday, we were able to listen to the song on the computer and also the composer. For her math lesson, we studied the octagon. She yelled stop sign when she saw the shape.
On Wednesday, she learned about river otters and ostriches.
On Thursday, she had her social studies lesson which I really didn't like because I knew she wouldn't comprehend it. It was about Oxbow lakes.
On Friday, it was a review day. She didn't want to do an obstacle course, so I didn't make one.
She has the coming week off, so we will be reviewing letters and numbers this week.
