March favorite recipe
I was watching a YouTube video, and it was a Belinda Selene vlog. She was making this recipe and it looked so delicious that I immediately got on Pinterest and found it. Here is the link to the recipe. Easy Italian Chicken Bake
The night I made this, Budd came over to hang out and he tried it and liked it. He wasn;t a big fan of the pesto but the kids loved it. They love having this over some rice.
The first time I made this, I used chicken tenderloins. It didn't come out great and the cheese stuck all the chicken together. This time, I used chicken breasts and it all stayed together after it was done. The tomato stayed with it's chicken. The pesto was amazing.

Ready for the cheese. We didn't have sliced cheese, so this time we used shredded cheddar cheese and it tasted even better with this type than the recipe calls for.
This picture turned out great. The tomato didn't fall off the chicken and the chicken wasn't stuck to the rest of the chicken breasts. It was delicious and it is definitely a kid favorite.
